The shopping center serves the ISEC community and neighbourhood with a supermarket, pharmacy, café and shops — and is a hub for MEDEP enterprises.
This is one of the prospective structures on ISEC's 3.5-hectare campus along the Mutengene–Tiko Road. It forms part of the building plan and is not yet constructed.
